Undergraduate students planning to apply to a graduate program often need to prepare for the graduate school entrance exams by using study materials. With funding made available by the World Campus Student Government Association, undergraduate Penn State World Campus students can be reimbursed up to $35 for graduate study materials. Funds are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligibility and Approvals

  • Examples of eligible material purchases include test preparation and study guides for exams such as the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), Graduate Record Examinations (GRE), Law School Admission Test (LSAT), and Medical College Admission Test (MCAT). Course textbook purchases are not eligible.
  • Purchases with receipts dated August 1, 2023, or later are eligible for reimbursement.
  • Reimbursement requests will be reviewed within three to five business days of submission. You will be notified when your request has been reviewed and a decision has been made.
