The annual Eric A. and Josephine S. Walker Award recognizes an undergraduate student from each Penn State campus for possessing outstanding qualities of character, scholarship, leadership, and citizenship and for contributing to programs and services that positively influence fellow students and enhance the prestige and well-being of their campus and the reputation of the University as a whole.
Student Eligibility
To be eligible for this award at Penn State World Campus, students must:
- be a full-time student enrolled in at least 50 percent or more of their credits through Penn State World Campus during the past two spring and fall semesters
- be completing at least two full years of study in an associate or baccalaureate degree program
- have consistently demonstrated, during this period of enrollment, the qualities recognized by this award
Students who have previously received this award are not eligible.

All Penn State campuses present this award, but this form is exclusively to nominate World Campus students.
