* This textbook is provided through the Department of Nutritional Sciences and is the first edition of an open educational resource (OER) textbook for NUTR 100: Nutritional Applications for a Healthy Lifestyle. The text was developed with the assistance of an Affordable Course Transformation grant from The Pennsylvania State University. There is NO cost to access the textbook.
