Tuition and Fees

Use the tuition estimator to determine the approximate cost for this course.

The College of Arts & Architecture actively works to reduce textbook costs to students through our online course offerings. As a result, many of our online courses have either no textbook or a reduced number of textbooks when compared to equivalent in person courses. To support this strategy of reducing textbook costs, the college charges a $30 fee per student to access course materials for courses that meet three specific criteria. These criteria include: courses for which the need for a textbook has been removed; courses containing content that relies heavily on media (video, graphics, animation, etc); and courses that require frequent or continual revision to keep materials up to date.  This course is one that meets the three criteria referenced above, and thus a $30 charge to access course content is required in lieu of a commercial textbook purchase. If you have questions about this aspect of the course, please contact [email protected].
