During your last semester of certificate courses, use this form to notify Penn State World Campus of your anticipated certificate completion.

Before you submit this form, please make sure that you have added your certificate program to your academic plan in LionPATH. If you have not already done this, you can do it within your Student Center in LionPATH. In the "Academics" section, select "Update Academics" and follow the instructions beginning on the next screen to add your certificate program.
