Preparing balanced, nutrient-dense meals that help you look and feel your best doesn’t have to take hours in the kitchen or break your budget. This session — presented by Penn State World Campus Student Affairs and hosted by The Wellness Kitchenista, Jessica DeLuise, PA-C, CCMS — will help participants understand key nutritional components and learn several easy techniques for meal planning and preparation that can contribute to overall wellness.
