Join us for an engaging and interactive workshop designed to explore the essence of leadership through improvisation and experiential learning. This session invites participants to step out of their comfort zones in a supportive environment to embrace spontaneity while fostering a deeper understanding of leadership qualities such as adaptability, communication, and teamwork.

This workshop will be led by James Tierney, a founding member and the business manager for Happy Valley Improv, located in State College, Pennsylvania. James has been performing and teaching improv since 2006, being a member of both short- and long-form troupes across the country. James manages the Blue Brick Theatre, the home of Happy Valley Improv.
