The leadership conference is designed to allow students an opportunity to explore various facets of leadership development while also networking with faculty, staff, and peers. The conference tracks will provide specific emphasis on leadership development as it relates to students, their communities, and the workplace.
Students attending this conference can:
- enhance essential skills and competencies in the pursuit of leadership excellence with emphasis on creating a culture of leadership in their community and workplace
- understand the importance of embracing a diverse and inclusive community
- learn how their experiences from current leadership roles can enhance their student experience at Penn State and boost future career and life aspirations

Virtual attendance: $50
The registration fee covers all conference materials, speakers, and activties.
