Join World Campus Student Affairs and the Active Minds organization for a week of interactive wellness experiences as we prepare to close out the semester. Experiences will include wellness tips, resources, and suggested activities or challenges to promote self-care and well-being.
Activities may include things like sharing a favorite healthy smoothie recipe, trying a guided meditation, offering a tip for improving sleep hygiene, or suggesting a mantra or gratitude for mindfulness.
Most of the activities or challenges can be completed individually in less than five minutes. Each activity is assigned a point value, and participants have the option to complete as many activities as they choose. Prizes will be awarded to random participants throughout the week, as well as to those at the top of the leaderboard.
This interactive experience will take place in the Goosechase app. Follow these steps to participate:
- Download the Goosechase iOS or Android app.
- Log in. New to Goosechase? Sign up for an account or participate as a guest.
- Search for this experience using the code PSUWorldCampus
- Create a profile. Some profiles require a passcode!
- Set yourself apart with a name and photo.
