Add Your Certificate Program to Your Record in LionPATH

Use Update Academics in LionPATH to add your certificate program to your Penn State record. A student cannot complete the certificate program without this step. Students in degree status, who are planning to complete a certificate program as they work toward degree completion, must also add the certificate to their record through Update Academics. Students who stop out from taking courses must repeat the process each time they re-enroll. Degree-seeking students must enroll in any certificate(s) prior to the end of the late drop period of their final semester.

Certificate Completion

In order to receive your certificate in the mail please submit the Undergraduate Certificate Completion Form during your final semester of certificate courses. Certificates will not be awarded retroactively. We are not notified directly upon your completion; therefore, your certificate will not be mailed out unless you contact us via the completion form.
