This series is designed to provide coaching-style, 75-minute sessions that incorporate education and peer support with a cohort of up to 16 students. Over the course of three weeks, participants will get education on key topics related to resiliency and tailored self-care strategies, discussion time with peers, and will develop their own "resiliency toolkit" over the course of the series. Topics include setting goals, creating a re-focus plan, rallying support (both in World Campus and with loved ones), and building resiliency skills.
Students must commit to attending each session. There will be a requirement to meet 1-on-1 with another student in the cohort between sessions 2 and 3 of the series.
Session dates: February 10th from 8:00 p.m. - 9:15 p.m. February 17th from 8:00 p.m. - 9:15 p.m. February 24th from 8:00 p.m. - 9:15 p.m.
While the cohort is limited to 16 students, students may be put on a waiting list. Additional groups may be formed in the future if demand is high.
