The Penn State IT Service Desk is not responsible for installation, user training, or technical support of Assistive Technologies (AT) that are used by World Campus students or faculty. Students and faculty are encouraged to contact their Assistive Technology vendor for support. The Penn State IT Service Desk will, however, assist these individuals with the navigation of Penn State websites while using their Assistive Technologies.
