Scheduling a World Campus Exam

To schedule a Penn State World Campus exam with us, please choose a date and time using our proctored exam portal. Your syllabus will specify when you will need to take your exam.

Please Note: Scheduling Kryterion Exams Requires an Extra Registration Step! The Testing Center has Kryterion webcams for your convenience. However, in order to use these, you must complete the Kryterion registration process on-site at the Outreach Testing Center at the beginning of the semester, before you plan to take your exam. This includes Biometric Enrollment and scheduling your exams with Kryterion. Please allow 30 minutes for this process. Call us to schedule this registration appointment.

After you have scheduled your Kryterion exam on-site, you will receive a confirmation notice from Kryterion to your Penn State email account.

If you’re taking a Kryterion exam outside of the Outreach Testing Center and have technical questions, please contact Technical Support.

Special Accommodations

If you have circumstances that require academic adjustments (e.g., extended time on exams and quizzes in a separate location), please contact a test administrator to discuss your needs at least two weeks in advance of your proposed test date. We will work with you to plan your testing session.

Penn State students must be registered with the Office for Disability Services to receive special accommodations and are required to bring the Academic Adjustments Memo along to the Testing Center on the day of the exam.

CLEP candidates and other University students must submit a description of the accommodation to a test administrator. This documentation should be from an administrator at the college in which the student is enrolled or an appropriate health care provider, and must be on official letterhead.
