We have partnered with Kryterion, a leading provider of online, secured testing, to deliver exams to select World Campus undergraduate courses. This provides a convenience to students taking courses that use Kryterion, as securing an in-person proctor can be time consuming. Kryterion will proctor your exam at a distance, using a Kryterion Webcam that you will need to purchase prior to your exam.
Does My Course Use Kryterion Online Proctoring?
To determine whether your course uses Kryterion, look up the course in the World Campus Online Course Catalog or look at the course’s sample syllabus.
Where Can I Purchase the Right Camera for Online Proctoring?
You can purchase the Kryterion Webcam via the Kryterion Secure Testing site. The video from this camera will be monitored by certified Kryterion proctors, at a distance, to ensure exam integrity.
Please note: At this point, no other camera, including laptop built-in cameras, or cameras with built-in recording features, will be accepted. Tests will be stopped if the correct camera is not in use.
