We provide information and resources to help you access Penn State systems, ensure that your personal information is secure, set up your computer to help you be productive, and learn about technology tools and services.

The Penn State IT Service Desk is not responsible for installation, user training, or technical support of assistive technologies that are used by World Campus students or faculty. Students and faculty are encouraged to contact their assistive technology vendor for support. The Penn State IT Service Desk will, however, assist these individuals with navigating Penn State websites while using their assistive technologies.
